Both building and assessing of the Balanced Scorecard software are possible with Active Strategy Enterprise. The software comes with added assistance in the form of processes, techniques and best practices. Further, the assistance is provided with ‘knowledge base’ (having the release information, software updates, downloads and training videos), ‘the ticket system’ (that is to take care of the client-specific needs related to software issues and enhancements) and ‘enrolling in the Active Strategy University’ (to have web-based, customized or regional training courses). Training requirements range from 2 hours (for standard user) to1 day (power user and administrator). Apart from this, evaluation of training can also be done via the feedback concept. |
