Corda offers three different support packages to suit the requirements of different customers- Gold, Silver and Bronze. A customer opting for Gold support package will receive a 24x7 priority phone support, access to all releases and updates, access to tips/tricks, tutorials, a discount of 10 percent on training packages, and a response time of 2 business hours only, etc. and is also entitled to receive all the features of Silver and Bronze packages. This support package is priced at 23 percent of the price of software license. Similarly other supports like Silver support package and Bronze support package will cost 20 percent and 14 percent of the price of software licenses, respectively. The customers opting for lower packages are not entitled to receive major updates and releases. The base package of CenterView Dashboard software comes along with a 45 days support. |
