|Support and update scheme
An extensive support system has been offered by Information Builders. The schemes are- InfoResponse Basic, InfoResponse Basic Plus and InfoRespone Premium. Decision among the three depends on the technology and business needs of the prospective user.
In InfoResponse Basic, customer service is available 24 hours a day through local or global offices. The two differ in that the former is offered in local language and latter in English.
Further, InfoResponse Basic Plus is similar to the Basic scheme but has additional offerings like product updates, workshops, less initial response time and a free pass entry to the conference arranged by the organization. In case of premium version, assistance from an Account support Manager is also provided.
Technical Support service called ‘Info Response online’ can be obtained by contacting at the e-mail address provided. This service can be accessed by customers, if the seeker owns a ‘technical support maintenance contract’. One also has the option of going for Telephone technical support for upgrades, maintenances and migrations. Besides this, a library called ‘Technical Documentation Library’ can be used to solve issues related to technical aspects.
