| One can make use of retirement planning policies KPI to align the objectives and resources. This approach was suggested by Norton and Kaplan in 1990s to help organizations get ahead of the ‘limited financial’ view provided by the financial metrics. By implementing a scorecard, one can track more than one areas in regular manner and bring the deviations down in timely fashion. The usefulness of this tool has been proved time and again and with the fact that about half of the fortune organizations have adopted this.
