Retirement makes up an important reason for decrease in any organization’s workforce. However, looking at the unavoidable nature of this act, one has to have a tracking device for this. Such an instrument can be in the form of BSC (Balanced Scorecard) that was developed by Norton and Kaplan in 1990s to help organizations have a ‘wholesome’ view of the operations. The resignation measures listed on it will be for knowing about the extent to which resignation is responsible for diluting the taskforce. The scorecard can be later referred at anytime to makes sure that things are within control.
