| It is possible to keep a track of project outsourcing by heading on for project outsourcing alignment in a quantified manner. This is to say that by bringing all the relevant parameters at one place in the form of a balanced scorecard, one can count the steps and moves in effective way. The information derived from the scorecard is further used for making decisions. Such a strategy to make decisions is quite meaningful as numbers are believed to reflect the position as it is. Thus, giving an opportunity to keep track of things in a continuous way. |
