Hi friends....
My requirement is to ask number of questions in general...to an organisation....
which should arrive at a kpi ...
and if many kpi's are identified..then i need only the most 5 critical kpi's...
so can anyone pls provide a questionnarie type which should be asked to an organisation....to get critical kpi..... :cry:
for eg: wat is the unpredictable variance of ur organisation...
such tat....
