Hi!
I’m looking for article on how how can I build scorecard and/or metrics? What is the difference and are there any key principles behind building metrics for scorecard or for KPI.

Check our solutions section, you will find there Balanced Scorecard building toolkit together with links to real scorecards, metrics, and Scorecard Designer home page.

KPI include several metrics, so metric is something you should build for your scorecard/KPI. There is some difference in the rules of grouping metrics for scrorecard and KPI. |
