Balanced Strategy Tree

What "balanced" means

"Balanced" means that the perspective in your strategy tree must be balanced by their weights. For instance, if you have four perspectives, then you must declare what what is the importance of every perspective.

How you do it in Strategy2Act: You can balance your Strategy Tree using "Balance" tag in a "Edit Strategy Tree" dialog. Select "Edit Strategy Tree" in Edit menu to open this dialog. For instance, you have 4 perspectives. You can specify the "weight" for every perspective and the sum of all weights must be 10: 

• Financial [3];

• Customer [3];

• Internal business processes [2];

• Learning [2];
