Balanced Scorecard, KPIs and metric indicator in SugarCRM

KPI (Key Performance Indicators) is a modern performance management concept. It would be a great idea to link metric indicators with SugarCRM business system. We are suggesting some methods on how to do it with BSC Designer.

It is highly modified and effective CRM software that has widely been accepted by the leading business enterprises of the world. Its features accelerate the sales performance, improve customer satisfaction and provide executive business performance. Its flexibility is its greatest strength; it can be customized to various forms like Sugar on Demand which is used to host the information, Sugar Cube, that’s used for plug and play CRM appliance inside firewall and then Sugar on-site, that’s used if CRM has to be used on local server.
