Building Balanced Scorecard Main Presentation
After
identifying the challenges from macro and micro environment, one should proceed
with the task of laying down the basic and sub-strategies. The fact that
distinguishes the two types is that the former has to be kept unchanged most of
the times. This is to make sure that the organization does not get deterred from
the main targets.
However, the sub-strategies can be done with a bit here and there to confront
the ever changing competitive surroundings and position of the company itself.
Sub-strategies are to be the ones that most complement the basic strategy. This
act, if done with proper details and efforts can help the company gain a
strategic advantage. Moving further, once these are done with suitable programs
and activities are to be worked on. This is to ensure that strategies do not
remain on papers and that the deserving attention is given to implement them.
