Balanced Scorecard will not include a single
stakeholder whose interest is vested in the business but will cater to the
expectations and aspirations of all the parties interested in the business i.e.
business owners, top managers, employees, customers and other stakeholders.
One of key benefits of using a balanced scorecard
is that it analyzes the whole business from four crucial perspectives, focuses
on key issues that are more important than the others and provides a base on
which crucial decision can be taken on a consistent basis.
A Balanced Scorecard provides a foundation on which a business can continuously
improve its performance in all the aspects of the business whether it is
revenues, profits, customer satisfaction, operations or employee satisfaction.
It correlates goals with strategies; improves coordination and communication and
facilitates continuous innovation and learning to be effective in the long run.
