Balanced Scorecard and Benchmarking - Creating evaluation indicators with BSC Designer

When a user clicks on any category or a goal in the Balanced Scorecard, the information related to that item namely, the name of the item, relative weight and the description, are shown at the lower part of the screen. In case of a new item, users can enter the name, relative weight and description of the item in the respective fields.

For goals or key performance indicators some additional parameters are also displayed in addition to the above information in the Balanced Scorecard.
