Description Estimation whether your company is represented at the trade show by the right number of personnel.
Staffing formula:
1. The number of registered participants ? 16 % (or 20 % depending on how confident you are in the success of your company at the trade show) ? 50 % (if the show is of a more general nature and will consequently attract larger numbers of attendees; or ? 30-40% of the show is targeted to a specific audience) ? the number of the total hours your booth will be open = visitors per hour.
2. The number of personnel required = visitors per hour ? the number of contacts your booth personnel can effectively handle in a 60 minute span of time.

Target description The rating scale contains three values: understaffed, sufficiently staffed and overstaffed.
