1. Create a test account first
2. Log-in with your login and password here
3. There are two main sections: KPI and Users
   • KPI section provides access to all KPI projects;
   • Users section provides access to users who can input data into scorecards;
4. Check the KPI section
   • You can start with existent test project
   • You can create your own by clicking Add new button
5. Managing projects
   • Click on the project name to work with indicators
   • Your workspace is divided into KPI, Calendar and Diagram (on the right), and details below
   • Click on root element and then use "Add category" and "Add indicator" buttons to build the KPI
   • Use "Fill with random" function to fill KPI with random data;
   • Click on indicator to see how it changes;
   • Generate HTML report;
   • Export or Import KPI to or from BSC Designer

Licensing

We are planning to release KPI online under two versions:

• Hosted version of online KPI will be placed on our own server; Users will have access to admin panel and will be billed on per user basic;

• Server version will allow large companies to install the product on their own server with ability to modify and distribute the system for the entire usage only.
