Communications Balanced Scorecard Metrics Pack
The pack includes 4 Communications metrics:
- Communication Measurements. An effective strategic communication plan includes the four-step process of research, planning, communication and evaluation. However, in addition to the annual, strategic communication plan, an organization needs specific communication plans which describe any major changes, initiatives or projects.
- Cell Phone. Companies basically opt for corporate mobile plans with a view to cut down their internal phone expenses and to improve coordination level. Cell Phone KPIs help in measuring the usefulness of the existing mobile plans used by companies for their employees. In this regard KPIs are broadly grouped under four directions- Cost Savings Perspective, Customization Perspective, Operation and Control Perspective, and Employee Tracking Perspective.
- Internet Access. With the rise in the usage of internet, it is also important to estimate the efficiency of internet connection people use in their workplace or home. KPIs related to internet access can be put together under four key areas- Customer Experience Perspective, Work Place and Household Internet Access Perspective, Mobile Internet Access Perspective, and Internet Usage and Expansion Perspective.
- VOIP. VOIP users can make use of the KPI approach to evaluate the effectiveness of their existing VOIP service used in their organizations. With KPIs they can give due consideration to different aspects of the VOIP service with ease and improve its performance. For VOIP users KPIs can be categorized into four major headings- Network Quality Perspective, Cost Savings Perspective, VOIP Service Efficiency Perspective and Customer Service Perspective.
